Happy Navratri

Navratri, which is observed in over nine days, is one of the most auspicious festivals that is celebrated in India. Also known as 'Nauratri', this auspicious festival is dedicated to Goddess Durga and nine forms. Navratri is celebrated four times a year. However, Sharad Navratri, which is observed in the lunar month of Ashvin, is considered as the most auspicious. Sharad Navratri is observed to honour the Goddess Durga, who killed the demon king Mahishasura. Devotees worship the nine forms or avatars of Goddess Durga during the nine days of Navratri.
